Pacific Coast League Rules state that guests are not allowed to bring any outside food items into Raley Field. This is a Minor League rule, not specific to Raley Field. Fans will be allowed to bring in peanuts and/or sunflower seeds only. No Exceptions.
Guests are not allowed to bring any outside beverages, cans or bottles into Raley Field. The following items are permitted: unopened, soft-sided containers of drinks such as water, small milk cartons, juice boxes or pouches, baby formula, bottles and baby food and medication or other special needs. Please note, permitted sealed bottled water only applies to water without ANYTHING added to it. Examples of drinks that are NOT allowed in the stadium are Vitamin Water, Propel, Sports Drinks or other flavored water.
Gates open 1 hour prior to game time, unless noted otherwise.
Strollers are allowed as long they fit under the seat and do not obstruct aisles. Strollers may also be checked in the Guest Services Office upon arrival, located behind section 112.
Small umbrellas are allowed at the discretion of management. Umbrellas must stay on the upper portion of Home Run Hill as to limit obstruction of view from other guests. At any time management may ask for an umbrella to be put away. Please note any sort of pop-up tent, easy up, half domes, etc are NOT allowed.
Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas, which are located outside any gate (just make sure to get a hand stamp) or in the area by Home Run Hill near the flag pole.
Re-entry is allowed for all baseball games as long as the fan obtains a hand stamp upon exiting. For almost all non-baseball events, in and out privileges are not allowed.
Yes, Raley Field offers both vegetarian and gluten-free options. A list of gluten-free foods can be obtained in the Guest Services Office behind Section 112.
Raley Field accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or cash .
Children 23 months and younger do not need an admission ticket.
Get your birthday, anniversary, or special message displayed on the Matrix Board (in left field above the Toyota outfield sign) at a River Cats game this season! There is a $25-dollar charge with the proceeds benefiting the not-for-profit River Cats Foundation. All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the day of the game.

Expired season, mini-plan, and group tickets may be exchanged for any Sunday through Thursday game. Single-game and comp tickets cannot be exchanged.
Unfortunately, single game tickets cannot be exchanged for another game.

National Anthem auditions are held once a year in early March. Anyone interested in performing the national anthem should check the website for more information regarding tryouts.
